I am available to teach group fitness classes on a freelance basis. With experience delivering Sculpt and Bootcamp formats, I specialise in strength-based, low-impact training that is accessible and effective for all ages — particularly women 35+.

My classes combine functional strength, sculpting, and conditioning, delivered in an engaging and supportive way that keeps members motivated and returning week after week.
