How It Works


Functional Sculpt PT Packages
Personal training designed for women 35+, blending functional strength, sculpting, core, and posture work with a hormone-friendly approach. Choose the package that best supports your goals.
Your first PT session always includes 15–20 minutes of assessment (posture, movement, and core engagement) followed by 40 minutes of training. This way you leave your very first session feeling you’ve trained, while I gather the information I need to tailor your programme to you.
Pay As You Go
Single Session: £45
Perfect fit if you'd like flexibility or want to try a session before committing. A focused 1:1 session tailored to your goals, cycle chase, stress levels, and energy on the day.
Build Confidence
4 Session Pack: £176 (£44/session)
